HEYDAR ALIYEV CONGRESS CENTER
The Heydar Aliyev Congress Center was inaugurated in 2013 in the city of Gabala. The building consists of three floors, each approximately 6.9 meters high. The ground floor includes meeting rooms, cloakrooms, artist dressing rooms, a restaurant for up to 350 guests, administrative offices, a spacious foyer, an elevator hall, restrooms, and corridors.
The second floor features a multifunctional conference hall with a capacity of 1,200 people, a 92 m² stage, VIP rooms, security areas, media and artist rooms, and a large foyer. The hall is adaptable: seating can be quickly retracted to create a flat space for concerts, meetings, and other events. The stage is built on a movable platform.
The basement houses technical facilities such as a telephone exchange, fire safety room, storage areas, and a 5,769 m² parking space, along with media rooms and an additional foyer. The building is equipped with an 18-meter escalator and elevators.
The complex also has an underground garage for 140 vehicles, divided into sections for cars and buses, as well as a landscaped outdoor area with decorative greenery.
