The ceremony was attended by <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Ilham Aliyev<\/span><\/span>, while <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Shahin Mustafayev<\/span><\/span> presented details about the center and the country\u2019s recent socio-economic progress.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"946\">Today, the three-story building, covering 4,664 m\u00b2, is fully equipped to host events of various formats. The main exhibition hall accommodates up to 350 guests, while additional conference rooms are available for 70, 20, and 10 participants.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"1121\">The center also features the Sham Boulevard restaurant with a capacity of 300 seats and views of the Caspian Sea, making it ideal for coffee breaks, lunches, and receptions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1435\">With a total capacity of up to 1,000 visitors, the venue is suitable for both medium and large events.
