The building consists of three floors, each approximately 6.9 meters high. The ground floor includes meeting rooms, cloakrooms, artist dressing rooms, a restaurant for up to 350 guests, administrative offices, a spacious foyer, an elevator hall, restrooms, and corridors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"393\" data-end=\"733\">The second floor features a multifunctional conference hall with a capacity of 1,200 people, a 92 m\u00b2 stage, VIP rooms, security areas, media and artist rooms, and a large foyer. The hall is adaptable: seating can be quickly retracted to create a flat space for concerts, meetings, and other events. The stage is built on a movable platform.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"983\">The basement houses technical facilities such as a telephone exchange, fire safety room, storage areas, and a 5,769 m\u00b2 parking space, along with media rooms and an additional foyer.
